There are many restaurants in the area. The front desk staff was very professional and attentive—a special recognition to Rita, Maria, Alejandro, and Victor. They were always ready to offer guidance, recommending places and restaurants, and arranging taxi or Uber services. This will definitely be our place to stay whenever we travel to Madrid. “Our stay at Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences was lovely overall - the one issue we had was that the dryer in the room was not working and kept washing our clothes again instead. We called down to the front desk multiple times and they sent one person to come look at it and then said they would need to call another professional to fix it but no one else came for the entire stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the in-room washer and dryer so that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, the room and location was great and we’d likely stay again.”

We especially appreciated having a washing machine, which was very convenient during our trip, as well as the Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. The thoughtful breakfast items provided in the apartment were a nice touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit.
